The Role: We are seeking a motivated and reliable PlantTape Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently applying PlantTape (a biodegradable plant support system) to crops, ensuring proper placement and support to promote healthy plant growth. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Location: Yuma, AZ

Areas of Responsibility:

• Apply PlantTape or similar support systems to crops, ensuring correct placement and support for each plant.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols when working with tools and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper tool and material storage.
• Assist with other farm tasks as needed, such as watering, weeding, or harvesting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with plant support systems, farming, or horticultural work is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 10-25 pound trays.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks on the farm.
