Windsor Manor Grinnell is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech) / Medication Aide for our part-time 2nd shift team.

No Med Tech certification? That’s okay! We are willing to train the right candidate and provide paid Medication Aide/Med Tech training.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with medication administration according to training, regulations, and community policies

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care

• Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior

• Maintain accurate medication records and follow established procedures

• Help provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

• Work alongside a supportive senior living care team

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate and enjoys working with seniors

• Dependable, responsible, and patient

• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to complete Medication Technician/Medication Aide training

• Previous caregiving, CNA, Med Tech, Medication Aide, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
