We are a growing Interventional Pain Management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on professional development and career growth. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making patients feel welcomed and supported, we’d love to meet you. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative and clinical support tasks in our busy medical practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Handle insurance verifications and prior authorization requests
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, and faxing documents
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations
Willingness to cross-train and assist in various clerical and clinical support areas, which may include Rooming Technician and Procedure Room Assistant. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Willingness to assist with light clinical duties (training provided if needed)
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm Work Location: In person
*Additional responsibilities may vary depending on the needs on the clinic.
