Essentia Health is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents in a long-term care setting. In this role, you’ll assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs while promoting dignity and independence. You’ll closely observe and report changes in resident condition, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support a safe, clean, and respectful environment that reflects Essentia Health’s commitment to holistic, patient-centered care and strong community values.
