Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (no blocked scheduling) 48 hours guaranteed per week (36-hour contracts not accepted) Every other weekend and holiday required (unless approved for time off) 8-week contract, start ASAP Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care in Med Surg/Tele with a focus on surgical/ortho populations. Float to all in-patient care areas as needed, and occasionally support other units as an aide. Efficiently read and interpret telemetry strips; document using Care View/EPIC (training available). Balance patient ratios (1:6) across units with flexibility and reliability. Maintain strong communication and teamwork with colleagues and leadership. Qualifications: Active KY or Compact RN license. AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Successful completion of an EKG test during onboarding. Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience; Level I or II Trauma exposure required.
