Member Engagement Specialist
Fort Knox Federal Credit Union
Abound Credit Union is hiring to support members’ financial needs via phone, mail, or electronic service. You’ll resolve inquiries, review loan applications, and explain terms while promoting Credit Union products. Opening accounts and assisting members daily is also expected. The role requires basic computer skills, strong customer service, and a collaborative attitude.
