Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Skilled in conducting psycho-educational evaluations, assessments, and functional behavior analyses
• Strong background in Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Familiarity with IEPs, eligibility meetings, and compliance with special education laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychological assessments to support student eligibility and service planning
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, staff, and parents to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Provide consultation, interventions, crisis management, and behavioral support for students
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
