Marketing Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and administrative functions of the department. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal departments, assisting in payment processes, and monitoring warranty records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform data encoding and documentation of marketing-related records and reports Coordinate with different departments regarding marketing activities and requirements Assist in the processing and monitoring of payments related to marketing transactions Provide administrative support to the marketing team Monitor and update warranty records and tracking Maintain organized files and documentation for reference and reporting Assist in other marketing and office-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course Experience in administrative or marketing support is an advantage Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs) Strong organizational and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation tasks Can work with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Legend of Ice Recruitment & Services Incorporated
