Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: The Gardens at Camp Hill – Camp Hill, PA

Schedule: Full-Time

The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services that help our residents maximize their independence and safely return to the activities that matter most.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional performance.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment, and home safety strategies.

• Accurately complete clinical documentation while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
