You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while helping drive a seamless hiring process from application to onboarding.Why You'll Love This RoleBe at the center of the hiring process and make a direct impact on company growthWork with modern recruiting technologies and sourcing platformsJoin a collaborative, supportive HR team that values professional developmentOpportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after trainingWhat You'll DoAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring teams while supporting critical recruiting and HR operations.Recruiting Operations & Candidate ExperienceCoordinate recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting and related talent acquisition systemsManage job requisitions, postings, candidate workflows, and offer requestsMaintain accurate recruiting records and candidate dataServe as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment processCoordinate interviews and scheduling logistics for candidates and hiring managersMonitor and manage the Talent Acquisition shared inboxGenerate recruiting reports and hiring metricsSupport employer branding initiatives and recruiting eventsHelp promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, university recruiting, and social media engagementOnboarding & Pre-EmploymentAssist with offer preparation and pre-employment activitiesCoordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirementsTrack screening results and communicate updates to recruiters and hiring managersAdminister new hire onboarding, including offer letters, paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system setupEnsure every new hire receives a professional and welcoming onboarding experienceHR Administration & ComplianceMaintain employee records within the HRIS, including hires, transfers, status changes, and terminationsProcess employee data changes and ensure data accuracy across systemsSupport benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiriesAssist with leave of absence tracking and administrationCoordinate offboarding activities and documentationRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsEnsure compliance with employment laws, applicant tracking requirements, pay transparency regulations, and record retention practicesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operationsAssociate degreeExperience with UKG (ATS or HRIS) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience supporting multi-state recruiting and/or HR operationsExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, or similar sourcing platformsExperience with HRIS systems and general HR administrationKnowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirementsExperience supporting employer branding, university recruiting, or campus initiativesWork EnvironmentThis position is onsite during training and offers the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week after six months. The team collaborates in-office on Wednesdays, with additional in-office days offering flexibility. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
