Director, Professional Services Italy Operations - Project Management (Fully Remote)

Lead the delivery of large-scale professional services programs globally. Establish regional delivery models, performance standards, and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Own services revenue, margins, utilization, and milestone attainment. Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Manage SOWs, change orders, and risk mitigation. Recruit, lead, and develop Project Managers and functional consultants. Coach and mentor to strengthen capabilities and ensure high performance. Drive collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Identify expansion opportunities and maintain executive relationships.
