Riverside Legacy Group is a family-run independent insurance agency helping families protect their financial future through life insurance and related financial services. We are looking for motivated, coachable sales professionals who want a remote opportunity with long-term growth potential.
This role is a fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable meeting with clients virtually. You’ll work with generated leads, guide clients through their options, and help families find coverage that fits their needs. For top performers, we offer a leadership development path with the opportunity to build and grow your own agency.

- Life and Health Insurance License , or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the motivation to succeed in a remote sales environment
- Comfortable meeting with clients over Zoom or similar video platforms
- Prior sales, leadership, management, or business ownership experience preferred
- Remote full-time and part-time opportunities
- Generated leads — no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting
- Training, mentorship, and proprietary sales systems

- This is a 1099, commission-only position.
