Development Specialist\n\nTimpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture\nand is seeking for a Development Specialist.\n \n\nTitle\n\nSenior Specialist\n\nDepartment\n\nDevelopment\n\nReports to\n\nAssistant Manager\n\nApproved\n\n \n\n \n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \n\n 1. Calculate for new parts cost management\n\n 2. Monthly material and scrap costs management\n\n 3. New models development schedule management\n\n 4. North America development car model, managing of cost and development\n\n 5. New model development management: SKD parts, Mold, T/O product, and Customer\n require a response\n\n 6. ERP BOM and E/O history management \n\n \n\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\n1. Managers are responsible and authorized to supervise all Development\ndepartment employees in case of emergency or contingency.\n\n \n\nPREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: \n\n1. Demonstrated knowledge of products, processes, people, and systems, prior\nto automotive.\n\n2. Engineering degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience and proven track\nrecord.\n\n3. Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.\n\n4. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work in a team environment.\n\n5. Basic computer skills a must.\n\n
