Quality Engineer | Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm | $95,000-$120,000/year + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements by developing, optimizing, and maintaining quality procedures.
• Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, implement process improvements, and provide customer support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures (QMS, WI, SOPs, etc.).
• Investigate, document, and resolve production or customer issues (CARs, NCRs, RMAs, etc.).
• Design and implement continuous improvement projects to improve capability and performance.
• Host customers and audits.
• Review customer requirements via contract review with an emphasis on space addendum.
• Lead root cause investigations for systemic production or quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, and AS.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically J-STD-001 Space Addendum or NASA
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Hands-on continuous improvement mindset
• Six Sigma or Green Belt certification a plus!
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, J-STD-001S) a plus!
