Shift: 5x8s M-F and some Saturdays depending on patient census. Average visits per day: 12. Years of experience required: 1 year. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: They may ask the candidate to work some Saturdays depending on patient census. On call requirement: None. Floating requirement: Yes, traveler will be required to float to Flagstaff Medical Center. Blocked scheduling: Yes. Locals accepted: Yes. License and certification: Registered dietitian nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)- Required. BLS- Required. Advanced practice or specialist certification in diabetes, weight management/other- Preferred. RTO restrictions: Unit manager's approval required. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Hospital highlights: Type of facility: Short term acute care.
