Agape's Way is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver specialized respiratory care across multiple group homes, including ventilator-dependent residents. The role involves scheduled visits and on-call support to ensure safe, high-quality care and optimal resident outcomes. The ideal candidate will have RRT or CRT credentials, NBRC verification, and current BLS; experience with tracheostomy care, airway management, and education of nursing staff is essential.
