Human Resources Advisor

Houston or Manila | Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) | Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We're looking for a Global People Advisor to support our US business by delivering a great employee experience and providing practical HR support to managers and employees. Working as part of our global People team, you'll help ensure our HR processes are efficient, compliant and people-focused. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts and employee lifecycle changes. Support payroll, benefits, PTO and HR administration. Maintain HR systems and employee records. Advise on employee relations matters and HR policies. Partner with Payroll, Finance and global People teams. Help drive employee engagement and continuously improve HR processes. What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role. Knowledge of US employment law and HR best practice. Experience supporting employee relations and the full employee lifecycle. Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with HR systems and payroll/benefits administration. A degree in HR, Business or a related field is desirable, and HR certification is a plus.
