Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist
Job Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Job Duration: 3 months (possible extension or possible conversion to perm)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

• Front desk reception, overseeing office nuances (break rooms, conference rooms, office space)
• Reports directly to Operations Leader
• Works closely with Local Market Leader

• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
• Field phone calls and assist local office personnel
• Place office supply orders and restock supplies
• Coordinate office events and send local communications
• Handle mail and FedEx deliveries
• Manage employee office access
• Set up and oversee meeting rooms

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to anticipate needs and follow up consistently
• Professional verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multi-step workflows
• Quick situational awareness and appropriate response

• Experience managing complex calendars with shifting priorities
• Event planning experience
• Ability to run agendas and take clear, actionable notes

• Years of Experience: 2-3 years
• Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe (Creative Suite is a plus)
