Your Mission

As our Client Care Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the client experience.

You'll build meaningful relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners while making sure our clients receive exceptional care.

Your ability to connect, communicate, influence, and take action will directly impact client satisfaction, caregiver relationships, retention, and the growth of our office.

What You'll Own

• Be the face and voice our clients and families know and trust
• Build relationships quickly and create an exceptional client experience
• Guide families confidently through their care journey
• Develop strong relationships with caregivers and help set them up for success
• Coordinate care and collaborate with scheduling, recruitment, and leadership
• Visit clients and stay connected to what's happening in the field
• Recognize changing client needs and opportunities to expand services
• Handle concerns confidently and turn challenges into solutions
• Follow up consistently with clients, families, and caregivers
• Build relationships that encourage client retention and referrals
• Look for opportunities to strengthen our presence within the community
• Install and set up Sensi technology in clients' homes
• Educate clients and families on Sensi features and benefits
• Troubleshoot basic Sensi issues and coordinate additional support
• Use Sensi insights to help identify changing client care needs
• Take ownership of results instead of waiting for someone else to make things happen

Experience Is Great. Personality Matters More.

Healthcare, home care, customer service, sales, hospitality, account management, or relationship-management experience is a plus.
