Office Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch) Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch) Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM - would alternate working Fridays The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for a highly motivated Certified Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of clinical excellence and patient experience. What You’ll Do Clinical & Patient Care Administer injections as ordered by provider Educate patients on injection site care, medication storage and expectations Ensure clinical rooms are properly stocked, prepared, and compliant Process and coordinate prescription refill requests Respond to patient clinical questions via phone Triage patient concerns and elevate appropriately Assist providers as needed including schedule preparation Who You Are Consistently professional, positive, and dependable Committed to exceptional patient experience and service Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting Motivated to grow What It Takes 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred (Certified MA) Current CPR/BLS Certification Demonstrated competency in IM injection technique Strong computer and clinical documentation skills Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to follow clinical protocols Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality After 90 days and a successful performance evaluation, eligible employees are offered: #J-18808-Ljbffr The Phoenix Edge PLLC
