The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley in Poughkeepsie, New York. As a valued member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including administrative, clinical, and support services

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Conduct nursing home surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

  • Monitor and manage the facility's budget, including payroll, supplies, and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare providers

  • Ensure the highest level of quality care and quality of life for our residents

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of New York

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a related leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
