Construction Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced project managers and field leaders, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of construction. From coordinating schedules and managing project documentation to supporting quality control and keeping projects moving forward, you'll play an important role in delivering successful projects. What You'll Do Partner with project managers and field teams to support day‑to‑day construction activities. Coordinate project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and change orders. Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination. Support quality control efforts to ensure projects meet expectations. Conduct job site walks to monitor progress and promote safe working conditions. Help track project costs, maintain reports, and organize closeout documentation. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and other project partners. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, OR at least four years of equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with construction materials and terminology. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Even better if you have: Experience reading construction drawings and contract documents. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
