Principal Biostatistician

Acting as the study lead for multiple clinical programs, the full-time Principal Biostatistician will design, analyze, and interpret clinical studies while collaborating with various teams to support statistical needs and ensure high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities Oversee all biostatistics-related activities for assigned clinical studies, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs Contribute to the development and review of clinical protocols, statistical analysis plans, and relevant study documentation Provide mentorship to junior statisticians and represent the biostatistics function in internal and external meetings Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline Strong experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) Proficiency in statistical programming languages, preferably SAS and R General understanding and application of biostatistics in clinical trials Ability to provide feedback and consult on clinical program designs and methodologies
