The Opportunity: Our team is very dedicated to the success of UTR Sports Leagues and we are looking for equally passionate and dedicated local individuals to introduce PlayMore™ Tennis and/or Pickleball Leagues to their community. This individual will have the opportunity to grow their local league and tennis and pickleball participation in their community as a whole. The PlayMore™ League Representative (PLR) is a part-time, locally based contract role, responsible for managing, recruiting and operating PlayMore™ Leagues in their local area. PlayMore™ Leagues are a new UTR Sports league program designed for recreational doubles players in both tennis and pickleball. The PLR’s goals are to drive new growth as well as ongoing communication with existing players to keep them returning for more. UTR Sports will support you with marketing tools, promotions and ideas for you to execute in your area. What You Will Do: Locate and reserve tennis and/or pickleball courts to host the league Determine the league schedule Personal outreach via email, call and text to tennis and pickleball contacts (i.e. players, friends, coaches, influencers) to recruit players for the league Outreach via email/text to members/players/coaches to promote the upcoming sessions Inclusion of UTR Sports PlayMore™ Leagues in your digital channels - ie, newsletters, FB/IG/twitter, etc. Host meetings with local clubs, facilities, pro shops and key coaches or independent organizers to promote PlayMore™ Leagues and encourage referrals through these relationships. Driving real-life awareness/brand building using on-site flyers, banners, net signs, etc. Distribution of provided UTR Sports PlayMore™ Leagues collateral/signage and business cards at local tennis and/or pickleball facilities, shops, etc. What we Are Looking for: Active/established tennis and/or pickleball player or coach with passion for growing competitive opportunities for players in their community Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own and complete tasks from ideation to execution to measurement An energetic, focused, charismatic, ambitious attitude and willing to do what it takes - the numbers tell a story Passion to educate and sell while focused on solutions - you’re not easily intimidated Digital/social marketing proficiency - twitter, IG, FB, etc. Demonstrated ability to convince/sell/recruit and network within their tennis and/or pickleball community Ability to document and give feedback from clients to UTR Sports team members Excellent written and verbal communications skills Perfect follow through, extreme ownership, highly responsive Professionalism, integrity, honesty and ability to confidently represent UTR Sports Preferred undergraduate college degree or appropriate 2+ years of professional experience What we Are Offering: You will be partnering with the fastest growing tennis & pickleball tech startup company in the world!
