The Reach Truck Operator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by expertly handling reach trucks and electric Sit-Down Forklifts. This position involves safely moving, stacking, putting away, and picking product while ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met. The operator works as part of a team reporting to a supervisor, supports inventory management through monthly physical counts, and uses RF Scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for accurate data entry. Frequent overtime and occasional Saturday work are expected to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Trucks to put away and picking orders for inventory storage and order fulfillment processes
• Operate electric Sit-Down Forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products
• Pull and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and free of damage
• Maintain and update inventory records; conduct monthly physical inventory counts
• Use RF Scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry and inventory tracking
• Complete labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks as needed
• Assist with put-away, order picking, shipping and receiving, and loading/unloading activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Reach Truck (Stand-Up) operating experience
• Minimum 4 years of Sit-Down Forklift operating experience
• Minimum 3 years of Electric Pallet Jack (Head-Rider & End-Rider) experience
• Minimum 5 years working in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments
• Experience in warehouse operations including put-away, order picking, shipping & receiving, and loading/unloading

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
