Workday Functional Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday professional with hands-on Core HCM experience who enjoys solving business challenges, improving HR processes, and delivering scalable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Workday HCM requirements. Configure, enhance, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality. Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions. Design and improve Workday business processes, workflows, and automation. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production releases. Collaborate with Product Owners, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Support Agile ceremonies, product backlog refinement, and release planning. Recommend process improvements and drive continuous optimization of HR technology solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience. Strong experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and support. Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday enhancements. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience configuring Workday in a global environment. Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework. Experience with Offer Letter Configuration, Job Requisitions, and Dynamic Job Application Configuration. Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of HR functions including Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Staffing, and Benefits. Experience designing complex workflows and business rules. Ability to identify process improvements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
