Senior Client Service Associate

As we grow our national Client Service team, we are looking for professionals with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in client service, executive search, recruiting, professional services, consulting, or roles with analogous experience to the work described below.The Senior Associate will be part of a team or teams dedicated to delivering on-demand solutions to solve client needs on a project-by-project basis. You will work individually and alongside your team to fulfill client opportunities by sourcing and evaluating senior talent and building relationships with industry subject matter experts and top-tier consultants who solve the needs of our clients. Take the first step toward an exciting career with us as we shape the future of our Client Service team.Commercial Collaboration: Join a blended Client Development and Client Service commercial team, supporting in-house sales Consultants and partnering with them to deliver independent consulting talent for client needsSuccess: Support the fulfillment of client opportunities with a focus on talent success, including:Speaking with clients to understand and scope their project needs to be fulfilled by consulting talentIdentifying and vetting talent to match project and client needsWriting talent profilesWorking with talent to draft effective proposalsPreparing talent to be successful in interviews and during an engagementAssisting with, learning, and ultimately leading contracting process and project closing processCollaborate with internal team, talent, client, and other stakeholders to ensure project successCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and HR, to support the fulfillment of client opportunitiesRelationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with consultants and clients, gaining exposure to various industries and forming connections with high-end consulting talentExecution: Deliver a positive end-to-end client and talent experience for the duration of the project and beyondCareer Growth: Gain exposure to the consulting world by working in a wide variety of business industries and functional areas while forming relationships with high-end, independent consulting talent in our network.
