Shipping/Receiving Specialist:

American Backflow Products Company is a master distributor of water safety valve repair parts. We conduct both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions.

Job duties for this position include:

Accurately receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory/equipment in our warehouse; accurately pulling and staging of customer orders; Preparing and shipping orders via UPS and FedEx. Building and grounds maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a warehouse environment including outdoor labor and climate, heavy lifting, and use of mechanical and powered equipment.

Hours:

Base schedule Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:30PM

Training:

Training program is on-the-job and conducted over the course of 4-6 months.

Salary and Commission: Salary range for the shipping assistant is 35,000 - 38,000 annually with additional monthly incentives after completion of training. Monthly range of $800.000 – $1,250.00 in addition to base pay.

Paid Sick and Vacation:

All full-time employees are eligible for 1 week paid sick and 1-week paid vacation after the first full year of employment, on a prorated schedule.

After 3 years of employment each full-time employee is eligible for 1 week paid sick and 2 weeks paid vacation, on a prorated schedule.
