This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The role focuses on business immigration cases including EB-1, NIW, RFEs, and NIV. It is a remote position supporting clients in San Francisco from anywhere in the US, but candidates must work PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume caseload of EB-1, NIW, NIV matters
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Support a remote team
- Prepare and draft legal cases
- Communicate daily with team members
Qualifications
- JD or LLM degree
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with EB-1, NIW, NIV, and RFEs in business immigration
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
Offer Details
- Competitive hourly rate ($45.00/hr - $50.00/hr)
- Remote work with PST hours required
