Responsible for providing field-based EHS support across service activities and customer project sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety policies, conducting audits, supporting incident investigations, and driving EHS program execution in a high-travel, field-oriented environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent high school diploma with relevant EHS experience and certifications.
• Two to three years of experience supporting EHS initiatives.
• Experience in field-based EHS operations and safety protocols.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 90%.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Experience:

• Experience supporting EHS compliance and safety programs.
• Experience working in industrial or field service environments.
• Experience conducting audits and compliance monitoring.
• Experience supporting incident reporting and investigation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day EHS support for service activities and projects.
• Monitor project and service operations to ensure compliance with EHS plans.
• Conduct audits at customer sites to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Provide direct EHS support to field service employees at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve EHS issues using internal and external resources.
• Coordinate and support incident investigations, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure proper clearance and access compliance for customer sites.
• Develop strong working relationships with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Apply technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute EHS strategies.
• Support implementation and execution of EHS programs and initiatives.

Should Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in EHS program development and implementation.
• Strong ability to analyze, document, and resolve safety-related issues.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as power, refining, offshore, or similar environments.
• High motivation and ability to take ownership of safety outcomes.
