We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. Relocation provided for out of area candidates. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll spend most of your time performing structural analysis, creating CAD models, and reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with safety and design specifications. Additionally, you'll lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards, all while contributing to the mission and values of the company. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Hybrid work schedule with remote flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays Relocation assistance for qualified candidates To succeed in this position, you will need the following education and experience: A MS degree in Structural Engineering is the minimum formal education required for this position. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required. Fifteen (15) or more years' experience in structural engineering design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects required. Project management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred. Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, MS Word and MS Excel.
