Outpatient Program Manager

Full Time – Operations Program Manager Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing resources and activities related to the operations of the PHP and IOP, including staff supervision, improving work‑flow processes, and overseeing business operations. Responsibilities Ensure that the processes governing patient discharge from treatment are conducted in accordance with State regulatory standards. Insure individual patient records and information are maintained in a confidential and professional manner. Maintain positive relations with the facility’s patient community and work to assure overall community safety. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Keeps equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. Participates in facility‑specific performance improvement initiatives and reports outcomes accordingly to senior facility leadership. Provides supervision and managerial direction to all assigned facility staff pursuant to their respective job descriptions, including hiring, coaching and addressing individual performance deficiencies of all assigned staff. Assures effective and appropriate delivery of care is rendered to patients pursuant to the level of care for which they have been assessed. Works in conjunction with facility staff and business office personnel to assure that complete and necessary documentation that reflects the patient’s level of care is represented in the medical record and supports claim submission for services rendered. Reviews and interprets all necessary financial reports relating to facility operations and identifies any opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Monitor billing and non‑billing report along with clinical director. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work Minimum three years of experience, including two years’ experience in health care, preferred. Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision‑making to achieve facility objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising. Certified as a Licensed Clinician, LPC, LPC‑A, LMSA, LCSW CPR and 1st Aid certified Medical Teamwork Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and patients. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation, along with current auto liability insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements set by the State. Initial and on‑going MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMark’s policy F&A‑115. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers. Satisfactory criminal background check. Satisfactory drug screen.
