Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity exists for experienced Retail Pharmacists seeking to provide exceptional pharmacy services on a travel assignment basis. This role involves ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications while delivering top-quality patient care in a busy retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying prescription medications for accuracy and appropriateness
• Conducting thorough clinical reviews to identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
• Administering immunizations to patients following current protocols
• Providing comprehensive counseling to patients regarding medication use and health management

Schedule and Location:

• Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm (rotating schedule)
• Saturday 8am–2pm every 3rd to 4th Saturday
• Assignment located in Carlsbad, TX
• 6-month travel contract with coverage support provided

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• Certification in immunization administration
• Familiarity with Willow pharmacy computer system is preferred
