Business Manager

Portsmouth Catholic Regional School is seeking a Business Manager. The business manager’s primary role is to carry out in a collaborative manner with the Principal and Administrative Team the financial responsibilities of Portsmouth Catholic Regional School to include the management of the school budget, and bookkeeping and accounting functions of the school in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities Follow accounting and HR procedures and policies set forth by the Diocese of Richmond Prepare and track annual budget in coordination with Principal Complete electronic monthly and yearly reports for Principal, School Advisory Board Finance Committee, and Diocese of Richmond Work with Principal in evaluating financial aid application and determining financial aid awards Oversee annual student contract submission for new and returning students Qualifications A minimum of three years relevant experience with formal education in accounting or business administration Expert knowledge of budget preparation, financial reporting, accounts payable, online giving, vendor reporting, and reconciliation practices Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, FACTS Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate a collaborative work ethic, with high attention to detail Position requires regular weekday office hours and occasional evening meetings To apply: please submit a cover letter, resume, and references. #J-18808-Ljbffr
