Seasonal Travel RN - NICU - Night Shift

Location: Wichita, KS

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Seasonal Travel RNs for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns and support their families while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Perform essential procedures including IV insertion, whole body cooling, and management of surgical cases.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and educate families as part of Family Centered Care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care NICU hospital experience.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Active Kansas RN licensure.
• Preferred: Experience in Level IV NICU and prior Meditech knowledge.
