We are seeking a reliable Associate Facility Technician to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for staff, clients, and visitors. This role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and grounds upkeep using hands-on experience.
• Apply general maintenance skills across multiple areas to complete tasks efficiently and with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Use a company vehicle safely to travel between locations or run errands related to facility upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for routine work.
• Identify situations requiring specialized expertise and coordinate with trained technicians or vendors.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with patients, team members, contractors, and external agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

Required: Hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting regional requirements if driving is necessary.

Preferred: Experience in maintenance within a business, facility, or organizational setting.

Physical Requirements

Occasional heavy work involving exertion up to 100 lbs and frequent exertion up to 20 lbs. Standing or walking 51-75% of the workday.
