Host - Smokey Joe's

Job Title

Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number of persons in their party and according to assigned stations

Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards

Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures

Assist with station assignments, rotating planning, and opening/closing/securing the room

Complete side work duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or certifications

Must be able to communicate (hear, speak, read, and write) in English

Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift

Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to effectively and efficiently multi-task

Must have excellent communication and guest service skills

Six (6) months of experience as a host in a high volume and/or fine dining environment preferred
