Tax Accountant for AI Model Training

In this position, you will convert real-world tax scenarios into structured training data, enabling AI systems to understand and replicate the work of tax accountants.

Your work will encompass various tax domains, including corporate, individual, partnership/pass-through, state and local tax (SALT), and international specialties.

• Design realistic scenarios based on your tax experience, including return preparation (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065), tax provision (ASC 740), responses to notices and IDRs, controversy support, tax planning, and estimated payments.
• Review and assess AI-generated tax outputs for technical accuracy and defensibility.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI performance in tax-related tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to refine processes and outputs.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA).
• Specialization in a specific tax area: corporate, individual, partnership, SALT, or international/cross-border.
• Experience in public accounting or in-house tax roles.
• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
