You will work with patients in a skilled nursing facility recovering from injury or illness, supporting mobility, functional independence, and safety under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Client requires candidates who can document in electronic medical records; prior EMR experience preferred.
