Compensationand Benefits: $259,000 - $270,000 plus full benefits package.

Requirements:

• BC/BEin Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must obtain board certification withinone year of start date)
• Activemedical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or ability to obtain onebefore the start date)
• Bilingual(Spanish/English) preferred
• Clinicalproficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Strongcommunication skills with the ability to connect with patients from diversebackgrounds
• Experienceworking with EHR and other clinical technologies
• Highethical standards and the ability to navigate complex situations withconfidentiality
• Passionfor serving underserved populations and improving community health
• Abilityto thrive in a non-hierarchical, team-based setting
• Resilientand adaptable when managing multiple priorities
• Authorizationto work in the United States
