Talent Acquisition Representative

L ocation: Hybrid / Mobile

Travel: ~60%-80% travel between NC and GA

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment across two expanding partner organizations. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a highly mobile environment, building strong talent pipelines through active field engagement, career fairs, and campus outreach.

Operating as a strategic partner to corporate leadership and operational teams, you will recruit for a wide range of operational roles, field staff, trade specialists, project accountants, and corporate support personnel
.

Key Responsibilities

• Field & Grassroots Recruiting: Lead recruitment efforts by regularly attending career fairs, trade schools, hiring events, and regional facilities across North Carolina and Georgia
  .

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, craft job descriptions, source top talent, review applications, and conduct initial screening interviews
  .

• Candidate Assessment & Coordination: Administer and evaluate candidate assessment profiles (Culture Index), facilitate interview scheduling with hiring teams, provide candidate feedback summaries, and support onboarding workflows
  .

• Pipeline Development: Leverage job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach to attract qualified talent across operational, field, and administrative functions
  .

• Compliance & HR Support: Maintain candidate records within internal tracking systems, ensure adherence to labor laws, and track key recruitment metrics
  .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  .

• Regional Travel: Must reside in (or near) the Greensboro, NC, Winston-Salem, NC or Alpharetta, GA area and be willing/able to travel frequently (~80%) between both regional hubs
  .

• Field Presence: Highly comfortable spending significant time on the road organizing hiring events, visiting site locations, and engaging local communities
  .

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with quick adaptability to HRIS, ATS, and applicant assessment platforms
  .

• Core Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  .
