Riverside Refreshments, Inc. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and beverage distribution operations. This position is responsible for safely operating a forklift, loading and unloading products, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload beverage products from trucks and warehouse storage areas.
• Move, stack, and organize products and pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare products and orders for delivery.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.
• Inspect products and pallets for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow proper lifting, material-handling, and forklift safety practices.
• Assist other warehouse and delivery personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull beverage products and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or as required for the position.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete company-required forklift training.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening .
