Audit Manager OpportunityLocation: Greater Columbus area, OH (hybrid) Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000, depending on experienceA well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Columbus area is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements and client relationships. You'll join a collaborative culture, manage a varied portfolio of clients, and have a clear path to Senior Manager and beyond.Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completionReview workpapers, financial statements, and disclosuresResearch and resolve technical accounting and auditing issuesPresent findings and recommendations to client management and boardsManage engagement budgets, billing, and staffingLead, train, and mentor seniors and staffDevelop client relationships and support business developmentBachelor's degree in Accounting6+ years of audit experience in public accountingActive CPA license (required)Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAASExperience with private company or nonprofit audits a plusExcellent client service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA passion for coaching and developing othersBase salary of $100,000 - $135,000, depending on experienceExcellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity)Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional educationReal opportunities for career advancementAll applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
