What You’ll Do as a Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for customers.
• Leading and motivating your team to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Handling scheduling, training, and development of team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Community engagement — building real relationships in the neighborhood, partnering with local schools, and getting involved in community events that make your store a local favorite
• Local marketing — driving business-to-business outreach and grassroots marketing to grow awareness and bring new customers through the door
