About the Role This is a senior-level practice leadership role responsible for the overall performance, operations, and culture of a large, 4-doctor dental office. This position goes beyond traditional office management, requiring a leader who can successfully oversee a complex, high-volume environment while developing team members and driving strong business results. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll lead the people, operations, and performance of a high-volume, multi-doctor practice, including: Leadership & Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical support leaders, fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Oversee workflows, staffing coordination, and daily systems to ensure efficient patient flow and consistency across all providers within the practice. Business & Financial Performance: Monitor and drive key performance indicators including production, collections, scheduling optimization, and expense management, in partnership with doctors and leadership. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with doctors to align on practice goals, implement initiatives, and support long-term growth and success. Patient Experience: Ensure a consistently high-quality, patient-first experience through strong communication, service standards, and operational execution across the entire practice.
