Join a team that values professional growth, teamwork, and delivering exceptional surgical care close to home.Surgical Services - Operating RoomServing patients of all ages4 Operating SuitesServices include: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, OB/GYN, Robotics, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro Spine, and Vein ProceduresAverages 2,600 cases a year.Surgical and Anesthesia coverage 24/760 th percentile ranking for Patient Satisfaction.Endoscopy/GI department has 2 procedure rooms to serve both outpatients and inpatients for colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and EGD.Averages 2500 Endoscopy procedures per yearOther information about this position:48 hours per 2 weeksDay/Evening shifts8 hour shiftsOn call shifts: nights, weekends, and holiday's (one weekday call per week and on average every 7th weekend)Location: Princeton, MN20 minutes within location, call rooms availableSchedule: This position is 64 hours per two-week pay period and includes day, evening, and night shifts. Shifts are 8 hours and scheduled Monday through Friday, with rotating start times of 6:40 a.m.–3:10 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with occasional shifts extending until 6:30 p.m. Overnight call is shared among staff on a rotating basis, with a required 20-minute callback response time for emergent C-section coverage. On-site call rooms are available as needed. Weekend and holiday call responsibilities are also rotated among staff.The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
