2nd Shift Machine Operator Helper $18-20/hr

• Load and align products into equipment while ensuring proper machine settings.
• Stack finished products on pallets for shipment or further processing.
• Conduct visual quality inspections to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Complete quality documentation and production records accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with assembly, kitting, packaging, and finishing operations.
• Monitor machine performance and report operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Cross-train in multiple departments and learn new production processes as needed.

• Experience following written work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to document quality findings accurately.
• Comfortable working around production and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift.
• Flexible and willing to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.

• Climate-controlled and well-lit production facility.
• Manufacturing environment with printing, laminating, and bindery equipment.
• Continuous standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EDEN PRAIRIE, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
