Bartender – Glen Oak Country Club Glen Oak Country Club is seeking a reliable, professional Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality member experience. Position Overview The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing attentive, personable service to members and guests. This position plays a key role in upholding the standards and atmosphere of the club. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to members and guests Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in all cocktails Provide excellent customer service in a professional club setting Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and club policies Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff during service Qualifications 1+ year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or club setting Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication and hospitality skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred (but not required) Experience in a private club or upscale dining environment Knowledge of craft cocktails and seasonal menus #J-18808-Ljbffr
