Direct Support Professional

Responsible for the care, skill development, and support for individuals with brain and/or spinal cord injuries. Specific job duties include providing active treatment to maximize each person's developmental potential, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and home tasks such as preparing meals and cleaning. Shift Hours First shift: 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Second shift: 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Third shift: 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (must be willing to work every other weekend). Benefits (Full Time Only) All full-time employees are eligible for excellent medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO accrual, tuition reimbursement, adaptable schedules, and career development. Requirements HS diploma or GED; valid driver’s license (preferred); previous work experience helping persons served (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
