Director of Operations

Director Of OperationsQuest Industrial, with production locations in Middleton and Monroe, WI, is looking for a talented Director of Operations. In this role, you'll be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations and entrusted to take ownership of our multi-facility operation. You'll be accountable for developing the team, managing individual and collective performance, leading a high-performing culture with excellent communication, and ensuring that both productivity and customer service quality are maximized.If this sounds like you, we want to connect!Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of organization. Must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of different audiences: subordinates, peers, members of senior management, suppliers, and divisional peers.Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding goals, coping well with change, and maintaining composure under pressure.Proven track record motivating and engaging a team to produce the best results possible.Experience in a capital equipment manufacturing environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with limited direction.Strong technical background.7 - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.5 years of management experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business administration, or similar preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications.Driven to solve complex challenges and not afraid to get hands dirty/be hands on.Automation industry experience preferred.What's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
